Instructions

Add water yeast and flour to bowl

Mix on slow for 5 minutes

Add salt

Mix on fast 5 minutes

Place in tub, rest for 30 minutes

Fold and rest for 30 minutes

Pre shape

Shape, place in loaf tin

Prove for approximately 1 hour

Pre heat oven to 200°c
